Job summary

The Balmoral, part of Rocco Forte Hotels, invites applications for a Spa Attendant to join our luxury Edinburgh property. You will contribute to maintaining pristine spa facilities and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious setting.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a warm, professional manner, and work well both independently and as part of our spa team. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cleaning all the spa facilities to The Balmoral standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness is up to our hotel standards and carry out regular checks of all spa areas to ensure guest satisfaction is met.
• Be part of our spa team to create memorable experiences to our guests.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities, and the local area.
• Take pride in your work both when working independently and as a valuable member of the housekeeping team.

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Be responsible for cleaning all the spa facilitiesof the hotel to The Balmoral standards

• Ensure the cleanliness is up to our hotel standards and carry out regular checks of all spa areas to ensure guest satisfaction is met

• Be part of our spa team tocreate memorable experiences to our guests

• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities, and the local area

• Take pride in your work both when working independently and as a valuable member of the housekeeping team

Who we are looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business operational needs.

There are permanent roles (39 hrs) and part-time roles available.

The expected salary package of our Spa Attendant is £33,364 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
