The Balmoral is seeking a Spa Attendant to uphold The Balmoral’s spa hygiene standards and guest-focused service. You will clean and maintain spa facilities, participate in a collaborative team, and be knowledgeable about the hotel and local area to enhance guest experiences.

Flexibility is required with day, evening, and weekend shifts; permanent (39 hours) and part-time positions are available. Right to work in the UK is essential, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

• Be responsible for cleaning all the spa facilities of the hotel to The Balmoral standards
• Ensure the cleanliness is up to our hotel standards and carry out regular checks of all spa areas to ensure guest satisfaction is met
• Be part of our spa team to create memorable experiences to our guests
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities, and the local area
• Take pride in your work both when working independently and as a valuable member of the housekeeping team

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business operational needs.

There are permanent roles (39 hrs) and part-time roles available.

The expected salary package of our Spa Attendant is £33,364 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
