Job summary

The Hire Place LLP is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Southern UK in the electrical distribution sector. The role emphasizes MV/HV 11kV+ product applications, owning a well-established territory and managing key customer relationships while driving tenders and enquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven success in technical field sales.
• Strong knowledge of MV/HV / 11kV+ electrical equipment.
• Experience selling into DNOs, IDNOs, EPCs or related utility markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across an assigned Southern UK territory.
• Promote a comprehensive range of medium and high voltage electrical distribution products.
• Develop strategic relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Maximise opportunities within key accounts while identifying new business.
• Lead and support one Sales Engineer within the territory.
• Work collaboratively with Tendering, Technical and Customer Service teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales, profitability and growth targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
• Travel throughout the UK as required, with occasional international travel.
