Job Advert is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the South UK region, from Plymouth to Milton Keynes. You will manage an established account base worth about £1 million and drive new business through distributors, tool suppliers and smaller businesses.

You will demonstrate products, provide technical advice, and expand market share while balancing existing customers with new opportunities. This is a field-based sales role requiring a hands-on understanding of tools and industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales.
• Experience selling tools, engineering products or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Hands-on understanding of tools and their applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established account base worth ~£1 million.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sell metal cutting tools and drilling equipment through distributors, tool suppliers and smaller businesses.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting benefits and applications of the product range.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand market share within the territory.
• Provide customers with technical product advice and practical solutions.
• Manage territory effectively, balancing existing accounts with new business acquisition.
