Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the South UK region. The role focuses on driving sales of cutting tools and drilling equipment through distributors, tool suppliers and smaller businesses across Plymouth to Milton Keynes.

You will own an established £1 million account base and actively seek new opportunities to grow revenue in the Southern territory. You will present product demonstrations, provide technical advice, and build strong relationships with distributors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or account management.
• Experience selling tools, engineering products or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Hands-on understanding of tools and their applications.
• Confident delivering product demonstrations and explaining technical benefits.
• Experience selling through distributors, merchants or resellers.
• Proactive in winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage territory and drive results.
• Must have a full driving licence.

• Manage and grow an established account base worth approximately £1 million.

Are you a commercially minded sales professional with a practical understanding of tools, engineering or industrial equipment? Do you enjoy building relationships with distributors, developing new business and demonstrating products to customers?

We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to join an established manufacturer and supplier of cutting tools and drilling equipment, selling primarily through distributors, tool suppliers and smaller businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an established account base worth approximately £1 million, while also identifying new opportunities and growing sales across your territory.

You'll be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across a Southern territory covering Plymouth to Milton Keynes,
