Talon Manufacturing, part of the Genuit Group, seeks an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK territory. You will develop relationships with independent and national merchants, win new business and promote our market-leading pipe clips and plumbing accessories.

As a proactive sales professional you’ll manage key accounts, deliver product demonstrations and training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced field sales or business development professional.
• Proven track record selling to builders’ merchants, plumbing merchants, distributors or within the construction supply chain.
• Must have full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales and profitability across the territory.
• Develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Manage key accounts across independent merchants, national merchant groups and distributors.
• Promote the Talon product range and support successful new product launches.
• Generate demand with contractors, installers, developers and specification influencers, driving business back through merchant partners.
• Identify and develop specification opportunities from enquiry through to project completion.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer training and commercial presentations.
• Plan and manage your territory with a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Use our CRM system to manage customer activity and opportunities.
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Represent Talon at customer events, exhibitions and trade shows.
