Polypipe Building Products, part of the Genuit Group, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive regional growth by developing specifications with developers and contractors, and by strengthening merchant partnerships across patch areas in the UK.

The role covers multiple regions (L, CH, WA, CW, SK, ST, TF, WV) and requires living in one of these areas. Expect a mix of account development, frontline sales execution, and market intelligence to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with targets in construction sector.
• Experience in specification and channel sales in commercial building segments.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across patch areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert specification opportunities with developers and contractors.
• Build relationships with decision makers in technical, commercial, and procurement teams.
• Manage regional merchant accounts and drive pull-through activity.
• Report sales activity via CRM (Genvue) and planning tools.
