Otis is hiring a Service Area Manager for our Field Service team in the South West region. You will oversee day-to-day management and training of field engineers, drive safety initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across service contracts.

In this role you will lead on-site operations, coach engineers, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance activities to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced in service delivery and managing field-based engineers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to train and develop field staff and ensure safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of field engineers/technicians.
• Direct field maintenance and contractual service operations with regular 1:1s.
• Conduct field education and training for engineers.
• Maintain customer quality assurance and manage labour/materials expenditure.
• Improve efficiencies by optimizing route schedules and reducing callbacks.
• Authorize repair orders and track completion.
• Lead change to improve efficiency and communication.
