Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a qualified EH&S Manager to support operations in the South West, providing professional EH&S guidance to managers, supervisors and field staff involved in elevator and escalator projects. You will ensure compliance with legal and Otis requirements and lead improvements across sites.

The role requires a proven EH&S track record, knowledge of industry codes, and the ability to deliver training and investigations with root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• knowledge of elevator/escalator industry regulations and safe systems.
• ability to develop training materials and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support operations with EH&S requirements and management systems.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on EH&S.
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve safety and environmental management systems and projects.
• Provide cover for the UK EH&S team and report to regional management.
