Otis is seeking a qualified and experienced EH&S Manager to support our operations across the South West. You will provide professional EH&S support and direction to operational managers, supervisors and field employees involved in elevator and escalator installation activities, ensuring compliance with legal, Otis and customer requirements.

• Experience managing EH&S across multiple sites.
• Experience in elevator/escalator projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of local EH&S regulations and industry standards.
• Qualified as an ISO Auditor is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations to implement EH&S requirements and management systems.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on EH&S.
• Investigate accidents and identify root causes.
• Propose and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Report on EH&S performance and participate in management meetings.
