La Palette Rouge Iberica SA in the UK South region is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic customer relationships to deliver revenue in line with company objectives.

You will work with internal teams, depot operators, and customers to develop tailored commercial solutions, manage contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding while tracking KPIs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and regional development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop commercial proposals and presentations
• Experience in logistics or pallet pooling is a plus

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new customers across the South Region to drive pallet pooling growth
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract award
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline updates, and KPI tracking
• Negotiate contracts and tenders in line with commercial and operational requirements
• Ensure successful onboarding of new customers and contracts
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver a top customer experience
