Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to cover the South London territory for a leading UK provider of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will develop and grow relationships with subcontractors and construction companies, drive hire revenue, and manage the sales pipeline through CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven sales / account management experience.
• Ideally from Mechanical & Electrical, construction, equipment hire or a related industry.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Experience winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Confident dealing with decision-makers at all levels.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based in South London.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined South London territory.
• Develop existing customer and key account relationships.
• Identify and win new business with subcontractors and construction companies.
• Drive hire revenue and maximise customer spend.
• Build relationships at both head office and project/site level.
• Manage sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM.
• Demonstrate products and provide technical, value-led solutions.
• Plan and manage customer visits across the territory.
