We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join the team of 18-20 chefs in this popular American grill serving soul food classics for lunch and dinner.

This restaurant is part of a successful group from London, and the menu will be branded. They have a huge following and need a strong sous chef with experience in high volume branded restaurants.

Your role will include:

1. Supporting the head chef in leading and motivating the team through prep and busy service.
