Job Details

Type: Full Time

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead kitchen staff, including chefs, bakers, and porters, focusing on skills development.
  • Train staff on menu, equipment, and procedures.
  • Support food and beverage offer development and delivery.
  • Ensure sales and gross profit margins meet targets.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef on content, costing, and pricing.
  • Manage food orders and equipment procurement.
  • Forecast food volume to maintain service quality during peak times.
