Mobile M&E Engineer – Berkshire
# ; Location: Berkshire (Covering Slough & Surrounding Areas)
# ; Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits
# ; Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Are you an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join an established building services company, covering a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Berkshire and West London. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, electrically-biased engineer who thrives in a mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems (plant rooms, lighting, AHUs, pumps, etc.)
- Undertake minor building fabric repairs, basic plumbing tasks including drainage, and other general maintenance duties
- Use a PDA system to close/update tasks and log all completed works
- Support and liaise with specialist subcontractors when needed
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures and site protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records/documentation for all site activities
- Proactively identify and address maintenance issues or repair requirements

Requirements:

- City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial or high-end residential maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across M&E systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
