Job Overview

Are you a Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding career in community complex care? We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse Manager to join a well-established provider of complex care packages in South West London. This role involves supporting adults with complex needs and leading a dedicated team of carers.

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the last two years)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supporting HCAs and carers
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, families, and MDT
• Experience in leadership and case management as a Band 5 / Band 6 Nurse
• A full UK driving license

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored care plans for clients
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor clients' physical and physiological needs
• Oversee medication management and clinical interventions
• Build relationships with families and community teams
• Collaborate with CHC nurses and CCG commissioners
