Job summary

Fuller’s in the New Forest region is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards of food hygiene.

You will inspire the team, create new dishes, and ensure every service runs smoothly. The role includes induction and training, tips paid weekly, and access to benefits via My Fuller’s.

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
