Job summary

Fuller’s The Windmill Inn is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a vibrant, high-volume pub kitchen with stunning views. You will lead the team in their absence and showcase fresh, locally sourced dishes that delight guests.

You will influence menu creativity, maintain rigorous hygiene standards, and mentor kitchen staff while delivering consistently excellent service in a welcoming, family-like environment.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.

• Take pride in every successful service.
• A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
