Job summary

The Bear of Burton, part of Fuller’s, Christchurch, Dorset, seeks a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when they are away. You will craft fresh, seasonal dishes and guide the team to deliver consistent, high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Head Chef, taking full kitchen control when the head is away.
• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
• Ensure every service runs smoothly with high hygiene standards.
