Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a busy environment. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, support with menu development and stock management, and guide junior staff to maintain high standards.

You will work across our pubs, inns and hotels with opportunities for development, training and progression within the JW Lees family.

• Experience as sous chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Support with menu development, stock management and food safety compliance.
