Job summary

Cosy Club in Chester is hiring a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations with passion for quality produce and fresh ingredients.

You will share in tips, earn a base salary up to £37,000 plus tronc (£7.5k-£9k) and an additional bonus up to £2,500, with overtime paid at the usual rate. Staff benefits include food and drink discounts, a strong work‑life balance and progression opportunities.

Job description

As one of our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region of circa £47,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £37,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £9k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
