Cosy Club Swansea is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional cooking and mentoring across the site. You will coach staff, drive quality, and champion the Cosy Club dining experience with a hands-on, process-driven approach.

Base salary up to £47,500, plus Tronc (£6.5k-£9.5k), a bonus up to £5k, and overtime pay; total circa £57,000+ per year. We offer balanced hours and strong development opportunities across the brand.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with kitchen leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Working with us, you could earn in the region of circa £57,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £47,500 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
