Cosy Club Swansea is opening this autumn and is hiring a Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen team. You will work across brunch, coffee, dinner and drinks, delivering the Cosy Club experience with fresh ingredients and energy.

We offer a base salary up to £36,000, plus a tronc between £6.5k and £9.5k and a bonus up to £2.5k. Overtime is paid; Wagestream, 50% off food & drinks from day one, and two days off weekly are provided. Christmas Day off and development opportunities are also included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to manage prep and stock with quality ingredients.
• Commitment to prioritising work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team during shifts.
• Prepare dishes to Cosy Club standards and ensure consistency.
• Oversee food prep, plating and quality control.
• Assist Head Chef with menu execution and training.

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for Sous Chefs.

As one of our Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £45,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £36,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
