Job summary

Cosy Club Swansea is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen and drive quality across all dishes. You will work under the Head Chef, manage the line, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards during service.

You’ll contribute to a busy, vibrant kitchen, produce fresh ingredients, and help deliver standout dining experiences as part of a growing brand in Swansea. Salary reflects experience and site needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Experience with fresh ingredients and high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations under Head Chef and maintain standards.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and apprentices.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of dishes.

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for Sous Chefs.

At Cosy Club Swansea, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As one of our Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £45,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £36,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
