Cosy Club Swansea is opening this Autumn and is seeking Junior Sous Chefs to join the opening team. You will cook fresh, high-volume dishes and help lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring consistency across services.

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for the best Junior Sous Chefs to join us!

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £16.60 and £18.30 per hour

• Hourly rate of between £13.30 and £13.50 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3.50 - £5.00 per hour

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
