Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll lead from the pass, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and covering shifts when needed. You’ll drive high-standard food, mentor the kitchen crew, and ensure a smooth service with pride in every plate.

Qualifications

• Offer branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team — developing their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities
