Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

You’ll assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, be accountable for running the line during service, and oversee the kitchen team to develop their skills. Passion for high standards of food and service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded pub/restaurant environment or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to support Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Strong focus on high standards of food and service.
