Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead on the pass when Head Chef is away. You’ll work hands-on in a busy kitchen, ensuring hot, quality meals and a high standard of service for our guests.

You’ll support the Head Chef, run the line during service, and help develop the kitchen team. We offer a lively pub environment with real opportunities to advance, plus a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

As Sous Chef you’ll:Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
