Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed, and responsible for running the line during service.

You’ll bring branded kitchen experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, help manage all kitchen aspects, supervise and develop the team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
