Collins King & Associates is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead the Main Kitchen of a UK leading and globally renowned 5 Star hotel, renowned for multiple Michelin Keys. You will ensure culinary standards remain high and contribute to the hotel’s exceptional reputation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced Executive Chef and leadership team who will support your career development and progression.

Qualificações

• Sound knowledge of European cuisine using classical and modern cooking techniques.
• Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
• Experience as a Sous Chef with leadership ability.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to support career development and progression.

The Person

A stable track record and experience as a Sous Chef (or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression) within a multi-outlet high-end hotel, ideally combined with time spent within quality restaurants is desired. This needs to be accompanied with a sound knowledge of European cuisine using classical and modern cooking techniques.

A positive leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a large team of Chefs. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.

Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
