Job summary

Collins King is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead the Main Kitchen of a UK leading and globally renowned 5 Star hotel, which holds multiple Michelin Keys. You will ensure culinary standards remain high and contribute to the hotel’s exceptional reputation.

Working closely with an experienced Executive Chef and a supportive leadership team, you will develop your career while training a large team of Chefs in European cuisine using classical and modern techniques.

• Proven track record as Sous Chef in a multi-outlet hotel.
• Experience with European cuisine using classical and modern techniques.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the Main Kitchen of a UK leading and globally renowned 5 Star hotel, which holds multiple Michelin Keys. The Person

A stable track record and experience as a Sous Chef (or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression) within a multi-outlet high-end hotel, ideally combined with time spent within quality restaurants is desired. This needs to be accompanied with a sound knowledge of European cuisine using classical and modern cooking techniques. A positive leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a large team of Chefs. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
