Job summary

Collins King is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead the Main Kitchen of a UK leading and globally renowned 5 Star hotel, which holds multiple Michelin Keys. You will ensure culinary standards remain high and contribute to the hotel’s exceptional reputation.

Working closely with an experienced Executive Chef and a supportive leadership team, you will develop your career while training a large team of Chefs in European cuisine using classical and modern techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Sous Chef in a multi-outlet hotel.
• Experience with European cuisine using classical and modern techniques.
• Strong leadership to develop and train a large chef team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Main Kitchen and uphold culinary standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and leadership team.
• Mentor and train chefs, ensuring high quality and consistency.
