Goldenkeys is partnering with a 5 Star luxury hotel in London to recruit an Executive Sous Chef to join its senior culinary team. You will support the Executive Chef in day-to-day leadership and oversee kitchens across multiple outlets.

This newly created role demands a progressive, highly motivated chef with strong leadership, creativity and a passion for staff development, capable of driving standards and menu direction within a large volume operation.

Qualifications

• 5 Star luxury hotel background essential.
• Experience in a sizeable and complex kitchen operation.

This is an exciting newly created position within a large, multi-outlet operation, working closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens while helping shape the future direction of the hotel’s food offering.
