Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, bringing energy to the kitchen and ensuring hot, quality food that you and the team can be proud of is presented to the pass every time.

You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when they’re not on shift, running the line during service and helping to develop your team’s skills while maintaining the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Motivate and develop the kitchen team, maintaining high standards.
