Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Birmingham. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef and stepping up when they’re off shift, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time.

You’ll bring branded kitchen experience or be an experienced Commis Chef ready to support daily service, run the line during busy periods, oversee the kitchen team and help develop skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in branded kitchen roles or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Experience running the line during service and maintaining standards.

Responsabilidades

• Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering when they’re not on shift.
• Accountable for running the line during service and delivering hot, quality food.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team and help develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
