Job summary

Côte is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead the kitchen crew, work closely with the Head Chef, and help deliver our flavourful, provenance-driven menu with a balance of French classics and lighter options.

You’ll be responsible for creating a motivating, safe environment for all chefs, ensuring the kitchen stays in tip-top condition, and supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen chef.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage shifts.
• Organised, confident and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and report to the Head Chef.
• Work with Head Chef to maintain a safe, well-organised kitchen.
• Support menu execution with a focus on flavour and seasonality.
