Côte Brasserie is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Newcastle. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with the team and report to the Head Chef, leading a menu packed with flavour and seasonality. The kitchen is yours to drive a motivated, safe environment for all chefs to thrive on every shift.

We offer a permanent, full-time contract guaranteeing 48 hours per week, with fortnightly pay, staff meals, and strong development opportunities within our growing French-inspired brand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a culinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence to manage shifts.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role preferred.

Responsabilités
