Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Abingdon, United Kingdom, is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and mentor the team to deliver authentic Southern-style BBQ dishes. Qualifications

• Experience in a Sous Chef role or senior kitchen position.
• Ability to coach and develop kitchen staff.
• Comfort leading a kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
