Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to run our bespoke kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and to work with a brigade of BBQ enthusiasts. You will lead the team to deliver our authentic, fresh food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
