Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Sous Chef to join our brigade of BBQ enthusiasts in Widnes. You’ll lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, coach the team, and work toward becoming Head Chef while ensuring authentic, fresh food is delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a kitchen team or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in Head Chef's absence.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Work towards progression to Head Chef and support Southern-style BBQ execution.
