Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning team in the UK. You will be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, coaching and mentoring the brigade, and driving the delivery of authentic Southern-style cuisine.

With progression opportunities through our Hickory's Training Academy, you will benefit from a generous package up to £41,000 per year including a Tip Jar, and a culture that values work-life balance and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Ability to coach and mentor kitchen staff.
• Able to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
