Hickory's Smokehouse is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absence. You’ll mentor the team, deliver authentic fresh BBQ dishes, and help maintain our award-winning standards.

• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
