Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the UK. You’ll be right in the action, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and stepping in when they’re off shift.

You’ll support in managing all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the team while maintaining top food and service standards. Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Strong leadership to oversee kitchen team and maintain service standards.
