Gees Restaurant & Bar in North Oxford is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

You will work with the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations, and help deliver our high standards with efficiency and leadership. Candidates should have management experience, excellent written English, strong IT literacy, and a background in a 2-rosette establishment; part-time hours may be considered.

Qualifications

• Work alongside Head Chef and oversee kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards and efficiency in the restaurant kitchen.
• Demonstrate leadership to inspire and motivate staff.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written English and IT literacy.
• Previous management experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene and Allergens.
• Experience in a minimum 2-rosette establishment.
