Brunning & Price Limited is recruiting a kitchen leader to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, driving the food culture and inspiring the team. The role requires previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level, and a positive, proactive attitude.

You will be responsible for introducing exciting new dishes, engaging customers and maintaining high service standards across our pubs as part of a growing, community-focused business.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset are expected.
• Able to lead a kitchen team and engage with customers while working with Head Chef.
