Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, home of Little Manor, seeks a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run service, uphold top-quality dishes and inspire the team with creative menus.

In addition to a base up to £34,000, you’ll share in a bonus up to £1,500 and enjoy free meals on shift, staff discounts, a Nest pension, life assurance, and other wellbeing perks across the group.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive food culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with customers through new dishes.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen and manage day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and presentation.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to maintain standards and service.
