Base salary up to £35,000 with tronc, bonus up to £1,500, overtime and excellent staff benefits, plus training through HIT apprenticeships and career growth within B&P.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Strong leadership and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment.
• Proven ability to drive food culture and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen under the Head Chef, delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team, overseeing prep, cooking and plating to a high standard.
