Jubilee Personnel Services Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a premium country pub in Loughborough. Salary up to £40,000 with tips and live-in accommodation available. Expect around 48 hours per week, with flexible options and staff discounts across the group.

You will train and inspire the kitchen team, assist the Head Chef with ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure high-end, fresh-menu execution with strict hygiene standards. Career progression within the company is supported.
