Job summary

Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for a superb privately owned country pub and award-winning restaurant located between Lutterworth and Leicester. Working with all fresh ingredients, the menu includes classic pub favourites alongside daily specials showcased on our blackboard.

Ideally, applicants would be based in the Leicester, Lutterworth, or Market Harborough area and have their own transport. Base salary £30,000 depending upon experience.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Ability to prep and cook classic pub dishes and daily specials.
• Proven standards in kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to order ensuring high quality.
• Maintain stock, prep and line cooking with consistency.
• Assist senior chefs and contribute to menu creativity.
