Job summary

The Cherry Tree in Olney, part of Acorn Pubs within the Brunning & Price family, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team and help shape the next chapter of this refurbished pub. You’ll work under the Head Chef to drive great food, hospitality and community spirit in a boutique, Grade II listed setting.

We offer a basic up to £37k, plus tronc, with a potential £1k annual Management Bonus and strong cash tips.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, driving the food culture.
• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Develop and introduce new dishes to engage customers.
